Similar to the cinnamon buns, but are in a caramel sauce with pecans.

The day/night before you plan on baking, take the sticky buns out of the freezer and put into the refrigerator.
On the morning of baking, take the sticky buns out of the refrigerator and put in a warm place to proof. If possible, heat your oven to lowest setting (170 degrees). Once heated, turn the oven off and place the sticky buns inside to proof. Let proof for 1-2 hours, depending on the temperature of the room, etc. When they're ready, they should be puffed up and spring back slightly when touched. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, spin, and 15 more minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes or so, and turn the buns upside down on a plate or cutting board- might be messy! Serve warm.
