Instructions for baking cinnamon rolls:
The day/night before you plan on baking, take the cinnamon rolls/sticky buns out of the freezer and put into the refrigerator, along with the icing.
On the morning of baking, take the cinnamon rolls out of the refrigerator and put in a warm place to proof. If possible, heat your oven to lowest setting (170 degrees). Once heated, turn the oven off and place the cinnamon rolls inside to proof. Let proof for 1-2 hours, depending on the temperature of the room, etc. When they're ready, they should be puffed up and spring back slightly when touched. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, spin, and 15 more minutes, check and then 10 final minutes or until golden brown. Top with icing while warm and enjoy!
