In the middle of July, a private residence in Kennebunkport became the setting for an intimate and memorable 70th birthday celebration for 15 cherished guests. The party began with three varieties of local oysters, each with their own distinct flavor profile. The courses continued with a spicy salmon tartare, delicately served in crispy cones, a blend of bold flavors and textures. The main event was the au poivre seared tuna, perfectly complemented by a ginger coconut purée.
